Setting the Stage
HealthJoy is a B2B2C care navigation platform. HealthJoy aggregates all of an employee's benefits in one place, including medical, ancillary, and financial benefits to name a few. Users can access their benefit cards, find in network care, and use telehealth for care on the go. Movement Health by HealthJoy is a new product within MSK.
While MSK provides exercise therapy for those suffering from chronic pain, Movement Health focuses on light daily exercise to prevent pain before it happens. Users get access to free exercise programs tailored to promoting movement and preventing injury. They can fill out a survey to have find the right program for them, or there can browse the Program Library.
The scope
The Program Library is a new feature exclusive to Movement Health. There are 30+ programs separated into 6 categories: Movement Health, Job-Specific, Balance and Fall Prevention, New Parents, Sports Longevity, and Diabetes Aid. For version 1, the user needs to browse all programs, understand their context, and access the program page from the program library.

What's next?
The new program will be launching in early June 2025. Before launch, I'll conduct a prototype test to evaluate if users understand how to browse the library and add a program to their daily routine. I'll make necessary updates based on those results.
